Teas to be taken with milk
Some teas are better with milk. Breakfast teas are among those that are better with milk. Other teas are better plain or with lemon.
English breakfast tea
"Stash English Breakfast combines top quality black teas from premier tea gardens. We blend bright Ceylon tea from Sri Lanka, malty Assam and smooth Nilgiri teas from India and full bodied Keemun from China. The result is a very distinctive, strong, rich tea. It may be enjoyed with milk or lemon (but not in combination, the lemon would curdle the milk). It also makes an exceptional iced tea. This stimulating tea is the perfect morning wake-up drink."

Irish breakfast tea
Irish Breakfast Tea, with its robust flavor, is usually enjoyed only in the morning (except for the Irish who drink it all day). Usually it is blended with an Assam tea base.
Taylors of Harrogate Scottish Breakast Tea: This blend comes from the Assam region of India. The geology of Scotland produces mainly soft water that can have a dulling effect on tea. To prevent this, Taylors created Scottish Breakfast, a "thick" and strong cup of tea with a rich malty taste. The flavor works very well with soft water. Best served with milk, an ideal breakfast tea.
Teas to be taken with or without milk
Twinings Prince of Wales Tea
Twinings Prince of Wales Tea is a blend of black teas from China. I keep some tea bags of it at the office, because it tastes good with or without milk, and with or without sugar. It is even OK with powedered non-dairy creamer.
Chai tea is a blend of black teas and spices. Adding milk and honey are options.
Tea to be taken with lemon
Darjeeling is a black tea from India that one may enjoy in the afternoon with lemon. One could conceivably add milk instead of lemon if one preferred.

Tea to be taken plain
Green tea is best drunk without adding anything to it, in my opinion. One could conceivably add lemon or honey or both. I like to drink green tea in the late afternoon, but I prefer black teas earlier in the day. Green tea is said to have certain health benefits.
